Lot Description
An early 20th century 9ct gold paste and split pearl necklace. The oval-shape green garnet-topped-doublet, within a split pearl floral and scroll surround, suspending a pear-shape green paste, to the similarly-designed side links and belcher-link back-chain. Length 45cms. Weight 5gms.

Condition Report
<li>Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Several of the links are bent and dented out of shape. Possible replacement belcher-link chain and perios clasp.
<li>Three green paste are in good condition and well matched, the suspended collet is dented and may need to be secured.
<li>The split pearls vary in colour, with significant blisters and blemishes to some. Fair to poor lustre.
<li>Stamped 9ct.
