A late 19th century gold reverse carved intaglio terrier stickpin. The circular-shape reverse carved intaglio depicting a terrier, within a rope-twist surround. Diameter of reverse carved intaglio 1.8cms. Length 8.2cms. Weight 7.2gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>There are some significant scratches to the reverse of the surround of the reverse carved intaglio.
<li>Possible replacement back pin, areas of solder repair visible to the top of the pin.
<li>Reverse carved intaglio is in good condition, areas of scattered fine glue marks to the reverse where the backing has been joined.
