Lot Description

An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond three-stone ring. The oval-shape yellow sapphire, to the triangle-shape diamond sides and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct. Hallmarks for London, 1980. Weight 3.5gms.

<li> Overall condition fair. Surface scratches and minor discolouration in keeping with general wear. <p>

<li> Band is cut through to the reverse. <p>

<li> Yellow sapphire is loose in the setting. <p>

<li>  Yellow sapphire patchy light medium yellow, low to moderate saturation, with fair clarity and typical light coloured inclusions visible under magnification. <p>

<li> Sapphire in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. <p>

<li> Diamonds well matched. <p>

<li> Diamonds bright and lively. <p>

<li> Light and dark coloured inclusions can be seen with magnification. <p>

<li> Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasions. <p>

<li> Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate and full colour and clarity assessment. <p>

<li> Approximate ring size M. <p>
