An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. The five graduated oval-shape sapphires, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Hallmarks for Sheffield. Weight 4.6gms.
