Lot Description
An open face pocket watch. Silver case, hallmarked Chester 1827. Key wind full plate fusee and chain movement signed James Rigby, with ratchet tooth lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 55mm.

<li>Movement is not currently functioning. Movement can not currently be wound.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. There is some chipping to the enamel to the centre of the dial.
<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Minute hand is slightly misaligned.
<li>Glass has noticeable scuffs and multiple scratches with some cracks to the surface. There is a large crack to the glass running from 4 o'clock to 10 o'clock.
<li>Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.<lp>
