Lot Description

EBEL - a gentleman's 1911 bracelet watch. 18ct yellow gold case. Numbered 75104216 E8187241. Signed quartz calibre 187-2 with quick date set. Black dial with alternating Arabic numeral and dot hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed 18ct yellow gold bracelet with folding clasp. 40mm. 185gms.

<li>Movement is not currently functioning. We have tried a new battery in this watch but the movement is still not functioning. This will require attention.

<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. Insulator has been completely destroyed by acid.

<li>Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.

<li>Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.

<li>Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.  

<li>Case shows light scratches and marks.

<li>Crown screws down and is not currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. The crown does not wind the hands reliably and the date change is not reliable either. Crown will require attention.

<li>Bracelet has light scratches and some signs of light stretching to links.

<li>Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marks


<li>Bracelet measures approximately 19cm including case.<p>
