An early 20th century diamond, ruby and seed pearl wreath brooch. The rose-cut diamond circle, with seed pearl trefoil and circular-shape ruby spacer border. French assay marks. Diameter 2.4cms. Weight 5.6gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Diamonds fairly bright.<p>
<li>Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Some possible replacement seed pearls.<p>
<li>Seed pearls have a cream body colour, green and pink overtones. Some nacre damage due to age.<p>
<li>Rubies medium pinkish-red, fairly well saturated, with fair to good clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
