An Edwardian 18ct gold opal and diamond ring. The graduated oval opal cabochon line, with diamond point double spacers, to the scrolling gallery. Hallmarks for Edinburgh, 1904. Weight 3.5gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>The band has worn thin on the sides and bottom.
<li>Would recommend attention to all settings as some claws deficient/worn.
<li>The opals have a strong red, blue and green play of colour, with light to moderate surface abrasion. One of the end opals has a large chip.<p>
<li>Estimated total diamond weight less than 0.05ct.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
<li>Hallmarks partially indistinct from wear.
<li>Ring size R1/2.
