An 18ct gold opal and diamond dress ring. The oval opal cabochon, with single-cut diamond stepped sides, to the plain band. Hallmarks for London, 1977. Weight 4.3gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Localised area of discolouration to the inside of band.<p>
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Diamonds fairly bright.<p>
<li>Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Opal has a white body colour. Red, blue and green play-of-colour which is displayed evenly across the stone.<p>.
<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
