A George II silver salver, the circular body with central engraved crest, raised Chippendale style border and standing on four hoof feet. Hallmarked George Hindmarsh, London 1737. Diameter measuring 9 inches (22.5 cm), weight 14.4 ozt (450 grams).

In good overall condition. The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Small scratch engraved initials to the underside. Hallmarks a little worn but legible.
