A Victorian silver sugar basket modelled as a pail, the tapering form with vertical piercing and fruiting swags, gadrooned rim, rope-twist swing handle and frosted clear glass liner. Hallmarked Thomas Bradbury & Sons Ltd, Sheffield 1858. Height to rim 3 3/4 (9.5 cm), gross weighable silver 7.5 ozt (235 grams).
