Lot Description

A set of four Danish silver small candle holders, each of plain and rounded triangular form, impressed with a maker's mark for Anton Michelsen, also marked 'Sterling Denmark' and with import hallmarks for London  1963 and 1966. Together with a small continental stoup marked 800. Gross weight 8.04 ozt (250 grams).

All the pieces display general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with their age and use. Some heavy areas of tarnishing and dirt to the candle holders and they would benefit from a clean and polish.  Some very slight knocks around edges. Hallmarks and maker's marks are all legible. The stoup is heavily tarnished throughout. There is a further mark 'FN' in a rectangular punch.
