Lot Description

A Continental silver-gilt and malachite candelabrum, the four foliate capped bird's head branches leading to the central campana form support above a tapering malachite stem and tripartite base. Marked 800. Height measures 15 4/8 inches (39.5 cm). (S/D).

There is a pieces of malachite missing to lower edge of stem. Displaying signs of wear and rubbing throughout with silver showing through in areas. Sconces each with few knocks and one with damage to screw thread and so does not attached straight. Displaying general wear commensurate with age.
