A George III silver Fiddle pattern fish slice, the oval blade with central scroll piercing, reeded border and initialled terminal. Hallmarked Alexander Field, London 1812. Length measuring 11 1/2 inches (29 cm), weight 4.6 ozt (144 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some heavier scratches and rounding of the edges. Strengthening panel has been applied to the underside of the blade at the heel. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
