A Victorian silver butter shell of traditional form and standing on three ball feet. Hallmarked Horace Woodward & Co (Edgar Finley & Hugh Taylor), London 1891. Maximum length measuring 5 inches (12.8 cm), weight 2.1 ozt (67 grams).
