This item has stood outside, exposed to the elements for over forty years. Therefore, this item is in an 'as found' condition with major rust, damage and losses. Potential buyers are advised that due to the size and weight of this item they will be responsible for organising their own transport needs. These items are secured into concrete fixings and so specialist equipment may be needed with successful buyers responsible for all costs involved. The items will need to be removed from the site no later than seven days after the sale. Failure to do so will result in storage charges and other fees.
