CARTIER - an 18ct gold diamond dress ring. Designed as a series of circular panels, with central bar detail, to the brilliant-cut diamond highlights. Signed and numbered Cartier 03004B. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Convention marks for Switzerland. Ring size L. Weight 10.4gms.
