A mid 19th century gold rock crystal brooch. Designed as a circular and pear-shape foil-back rock crystal foliate panel, set atop a scalloped quatrefoil, suspending a double swag and similarly-set drop. Length 6.2cms. Weight 9.4gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Surface scratches, small dents and areas of discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>The rock crystal have light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Some have small to moderate chipped areas.
