Lot Description
A late 19th century set of gold micro mosaic dress studs. Comprising two larger and three smaller oval-shape studs, each with floral micro mosaic centre, rope-twist spacers and geometric micro mosaic surround. Foreign and further French marks. Lengths 2.5 and 1.3cms. Weight 16.9gms. With fitted case.

Condition Report
<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Localised discolouration to the reverse of the mounts.
<li>The micro mosaics are overall in good condition, there are five small blue stones missing from the surround of the studs, some of the pieces have also been pressed into the mount.
<li>Under magnification some pieces have incurred minor chips and nibbles.
