Three Middle Eastern faience pottery dishes. The first with convex centre, decorated with figures and a tree in blossom in shades of blue within black diaperwork border, with Arabic inscription beneath and remnants of old paper label, 8" (20cm) diameter, a second with three cartouches framing a central medallion within dotted rim, paper label beneath, 8.5" (21.5cm) diameter, AF, and a third with naive flowering plants, 8" (20cm) diameter, SD. (3).

1 - General glaze crazing and cracking, glaze retraction to verso but structurally sound.
2 - Rebuilt and with stained crazing.
3 - Heavy all over stained crazing, plus edge chipping.
