A heavy cut glass vase, the flash cut, blue overlaid glass bowl with frilled collar and bird decoration, upon a clear glass pedestal base, 11" (28cm) high.

Where the blue glass merges with the clear glass on the collar, in one area there are two or three very small chips. Piece also has surface scratches and marks with wear to base.
