Lot Description

A half-hunter pocket watch by J.W Benson. Silver case hallmarked London 1940. Signed keyless wind movement with club tooth lever escapement. White enamel dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 51mm. Together with a gold plated open face pocket watch by Waltham.

<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.

<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches.  Hairline cracks are present going through the centre of the dial.

<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.

<li>Glass has noticeable scuffs and multiple scratches.  

<li>Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.

<li>Pendant bow is scratched and worn.<p>


<li>Waltham watch is worn but is currently functioning.<p>
