Lot Description
A half hunter pocket watch by F.H. Phillips. 18ct yellow gold case with chapter ring to the front and monogram to the back, personal inscription to cuvette, hallmarked Birmingham 1849. Signed keyless wind three quarter plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 51mm. 107gms.

<li>Movement is not currently functioning.
<li>Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
<li>Inner glass is missing and outer glass is held in place by sticky tape.
<li>Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.
<li>Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting.
