An open face pocket watch by Burger. 18ct yellow gold case, hallmarked London possibly 1844. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement and diamond end stone. Gilt dial with Roman numeral hour markers. 40mm. 50gms.

<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Dial also shows tarnishing.
<li>Minute had is missing. Hand shows visible tarnished, rust and marks.
<li>Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Decoration to case back shows some wear. Hinges have wear to the corners.
<li>Pendent and bow show light scratches. Bow shows some dints.<p>
