An early 20th century platinum sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The rectangular-shape sapphire, within an old-cut diamond octagonal-shape double surround, to the plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.65ct. Weight 4gms. With associated case.

<li> Overall condition good. Light surface scratches to surround in keeping with general wear. <p>
<li>Sapphire is a possible replacement.<p>
<li>Sapphire medium blue hue, well saturated with colour zoning.<p>
<li>Some of the old-cut diamonds with surface nicks.<p>
<li> Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate and full colour and clarity assessment. <p>
