Lot Description

A late Victorian silver caster, of fluted pear form having pierced cover and flame finial, raised upon a footed base. Hallmarked Sibray, Hall & Co., London 1889. Height measures 7 inches (18 cm), weight 5.3 ozt (164.8 grams).

In good condition displaying light tarnishing and minor surface scratching and rubbing. Cover removes easily and with no distortion to piercing. Hallmarks are clear and legible however maker’s mark is partly distorted, with same to hallmarks of cover.
