A 1940's silver christening mug, the baluster form with personal inscription and scrolling handle, hallmarked Smith & Langdell, Birmingham 1946, height measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm). Together with a 1930's silver four divide toast rack, hallmarked Sheffield 1931, length measuring 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm). Gross weight 6.4 ozt (201 grams). (2).

Condition Report
The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The toast rack displays some dents, central divider a little compressed to the top. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
