A mid-Victorian silver pen tray by John Samuel Hunt, (Hunt & Roskell), having leaf ends and scrolling rim leading to the shell accented centre. Hallmarked John Samuel Hunt, London 1854, and marked beneath 'Hunt & Roskell, Late Storr & Mortimer 7082'. Length measures 10 5/6 inches (27 cm), weight 9.82 ozt (305.3 grams).
