A George I Britannia silver taperstick, of faceted and knopped form leading to a hexagonal stepped base with crest engraving. Hallmarked London 1719. Height measures 4 4/8 inches (11.5 cm), weight 3.18 ozt (99.12 grams).

Overall in fair condition commensurate with age. Displaying surface wear and rubbing to the whole with some loss of definition and minor dints throughout. Crest to foot is probably later engraved. Hallmarks appear rubbed and worn but still legible however maker's mark is distorted and illegible.
