Lot Description

A pair of American mid-twentieth century twin branch candelabra, each with circular filled base rising to a vase shape column and a detachable upper section with twin loop branches and vase shape sockets, having gadroon border detail throughout. Marked 'sterling' and 'Duchin Creation' for the Duchin Silver Company (New York). Maximum height measures 11 5/8 inches (29.5 cm).

In fairly good overall condition, both displaying some general wear, surface scratches and marks commensurate with the age and use. Some minor dints and bumps, especially around the bases. Residues of wax to both and they would benefit from a clean and polish. All removable sections are marked 'sterling'.
