Lot Description

A cased set of six 1940's silver-gilt coffee spoons each having enamelled stems and bowls of varying pastel colours. Hallmarked Wiliam Suckling Ltd., Birmingham 1941. Length of each measures 4 1/8 inches (10.5 cm), gross weight 2.58 ozt (80.42 grams).

Each appears in overall fair condition displaying general light tarnishing to bowls with minor surface scratches and rubbing to gilding. Enamel is in good condition to most examples however with small loss to bowl of one yellow spoon and with slight wear or unevenness  to edges of other yellow. Hallmarks to each clear and legible. Case is possibly associated.
