A late eighteenth century Scandinavian Hovedvansaeg, the heart shaped box standing on a flared foot, with punch-engraved inscriptions to include the date 1784, hinged cover with bird finial and opening to a gilt interior. Height measuring 6.5 cm, weight 27 grams.
