A mid 19th century gold glass intaglio ring. The oval-shape red glass intaglio, depicting a religious scene, within a grooved border, to the trifurcated sides and knife-edge band. Ring size L. Weight 2.7gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Band shows evidence of repair/ resize.
<li>Glass dark very slightly brownish-red well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Length of head 1.5cms.
<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the raised edges.<p>
