A mid 20th century tourmaline and sapphire brooch. The oval-shape pink tourmaline, within a circular-shape sapphire and textured openwork surround, with polished highlights. Diameter 3.9cms. Weight 28.2gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Pink tourmaline medium body colour, fairly well saturated, with good clarity. Sapphires well matched.<p>
<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
