A late 18th century gold memorial clasp. Of marquise-shape outline, depicting a pair of doves in flight, to the ornate seed pearl dove cage on an iridescent blue backing, within a guilloche enamel and split pearl border. Woven hair panel to reverse. Length 3.8cms. Weight 12.7gms. With associated case.
