An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape sapphire, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround, to the trifurcated shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 1.75cts, H-I colour, VS2-SI2 clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Ring size M. Weight 8.4gms.
