A late 19th century silver and gold diamond and gem-set bird brooch. Designed to depict a duck in flight, set throughout with old and rose-cut diamonds, to the red-gem eye detail. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 1cts. Length 4.8cms. Weight 7.8gms.
