A late 19th century silver and gold ruby and diamond bow brooch. Designed as a central circular-shape ruby, to the single-cut diamond scrolling ribbon sides, with circular-shape ruby terminals. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Length 4.8cms. Weight 5.5gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Wear to some claws.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>The rubies are a well matched medium deep slightly purplish red hue, good saturation with scattered inclusions.
<li>Minor abrasions.
