A 9ct gold opal pendant by David Deakin. The free-form opal, within a scrolling polished and textured surround, with bead highlights and a similarly designed surmount. Signed David Deakin. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1973. Length 6.6cms. Total weight 21.9gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general wear.
<li>Opal with white body colour and good play-of-colour, displaying red, green and purple flashes, spread evenly over the stone.<p>
