PIAGET - an 18ct gold garnet and diamond ring. The marquise-shape garnet, with tapered shoulders to the plain polished gallery inset with a brilliant-cut diamond. Signed and numbered Piaget A95542 55. Convection marks for Switzerland. Ring size N. Weight 12.5gms.
