A late 19th century gem-set brooch. Designed as a micro-mosaic, depicting a lady and gentleman in classical dress, to the lapis lazuli panel and engraved scrolling surround with replacement circular-shape emerald and cultured pearl detail. Sections of micro mosaic and three emeralds deficient. Length 5.8cms.
