A 1920's Scottish silver spirit kettle stand, of lobed oval outline raised upon four scrolled legs and paw feet leading to a cross frame support holding the burner. Hallmarked George Edward & Sons (George Edward & Arthur Edward), Glasgow 1922. Length measures 7 2/8 inches (18.5 cm), weight exclusive of burner 8.76 ozt (272.4 grams).

Overall appears in fair condition although displaying slight distortion to support causing burner to not sit straight, feet to not stand straight and with further slight distortion to rim. With general light rubbing and surface scratching throughout. Hallmarks with light rubbing to maker's mark but otherwise clear and legible. Burner not marked.
