A modern silver commemorative beaker with flared lip, rimmed base and silver-gilt interior, the body with applied raised decoration to both sides depicting the moon and the Apollo 11 mission insignia, inscribed with further images and 'Man on the Moon - The Eagle has Landed - 20th July 1969 - Edwin E. Aldrin - Neil. A. Armstrong - Michael Collins', complete with embossed blue fitted leather presentation case and certificate of authenticity. Hallmarked Prestons Ltd, London 1969, numbered 12/1500. Height 5 1/4 inches (13.3 cm), weight 9.21 ozt (286.4 grams).

Condition Report
In good overall condition, displaying some general light surface scratches, and marks. Some tarnishing to the exterior and interior of the beaker, would benefit from a clean. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Case and box in good condition in keeping with age, small chip to the lining underneath and small tear to the lining on one side.
