The dish displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Several dints and bumps, especially some visible to the base corners. Numerous deeper scratches, nicks and marks. Heavier tarnishing to the underside, would benefit from a polish. The hallmarks appear rubbed in places but still legible. Also with impressed number 1 and crudely incised initials 'V K M'.
