An Edwardian silver Capstan inkwell, having reeded rim, hallmarked Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1909. Together with another similar having dual pen rests and porcelain well, Alexander Clark & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1931. Diameter of larger 4 4/8 inches (11.5 cm). (2).

Condition Report
Bases of each have been filled. Each in poor condition displaying multiple knocks, dents and slight distortion. Each with light scratching, marks and tarnishing. Hinge of first example with damage and so cover is loose. Hallmarks to each with rubbing but still legible. Liner to first example with severe deterioration, scratched initials to the inner lid.
