Lot Description
A 1920's silver mounted and enamel part dressing table set comprising a hand mirror, a pair of hair brushes and a pair of clothes brushes, each decorated to the reverse with pale green guilloché enamel, in fitted case. Hallmarked S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd., Birmingham 1926/7. Length of hand mirror measures 10 1/4 inches (26 cm).

Condition Report
The set displays general wear, surface scratches and marks commensurate with the age and general use. Tarnishing to the silver mounts. Considerable damage to the enamel on the hand mirror as the majority is missing and only the handle section is present. On the other pieces, the enamel sections have moved in the mounts so that gaps are visible around the edges. Brushes are in used condition. The hallmarks are mostly clear and legible, some of the maker's marks are partly worn. Missing comb.
