Two twentieth century silver ashtrays, the first of square outline enclosing a circular dish with four rests to the textured rim, hallmarked P & J Escofet, Birmingham 1929. The second of similar rectangular outline, hallmarked Henry Clifford Davis, Birmingham 1953. Gross weight 4.10 ozt (127.7 grams). (2).

Each in fair to poor condition displaying heavy tarnishing with surface scratches and rubbing commensurate with age and use. Hallmarks legible to each although with rubbing to second example.
