A George I silver bun caster, having a raised girdle to the baluster form below a foliate pierced and domed cover. Hallmarked George Ellis, London 1718. Height measures 3 1/8 inches (8 cm), weight 2.03 ozt (63.4 grams).

Appears in good to fair condition commensurate with the age and use displaying general light tarnishing to the whole. Piercing in good condition and with minor knocks to rim below cover. Hallmarks are over struck but still legible.
