A selection of five modern fruit ornaments comprising an orange and banana with hallmarks for John Bull Ltd., Birmingham, an apple and pear with modern Italian assay marks and a pomegranate impressed 'Silver' and '999'. All filled. Length of banana measures 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm). (5).

All the pieces in the lot display some general wear, surface scratches, marks and tarnishing. Area of damage to the top of the pear. Slight rubbing and loss of surface detail to the decoration on some. The hallmarks are mostly legible.
