A 1920's small silver compact, the oblong purse form with engine-turned decoration within blue enamel line border, cabochon set clasp opening to a compartmentalised silver-gilt interior with inset mirror. Hallmarked London import 1924, the maker probably Cohen & Charles. Maximum length measuring 5.3 cm.
